TMZ reported that the actress was intoxicated when the authorities showed up at her home following a 911 call made by one family member. Locklear allegedly threatened to shoot the deputies who responded to her home and pushed and kicked them in an attempt to remove them from the house.

According to RadarOnline.com, Locklear checked into a 5-day detox center in L.A., but left after two days. She was taken to jail after being released from the hospital.

Heather Locklear is giving rehab another shot.

Locklear's court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. PT. "In the process of trying to separate her, she battered the deputy. There was no injury to the deputy".

She was held on $20,000 bail and released from jail earlier this morning.

Heather Locklear was arrested again on Sunday night for punching a police officer and kicking an emergency medical worker, authorities said.

Just last week Locklear was placed on a 5150 (involuntary psychiatric) hold. She appeared in court in April 2018 and while the domestic violence charge was dropped, she pleaded "not guilty" to the misdemeanor battery counts on an officer.

She has previously spoken about her struggles with addiction.

In February, Locklear was arrested at her home following a report of a domestic disturbance between her and her boyfriend. "It breaks her daughter's heart that Heather has been in so much trouble recently, and Ava has been pleading with her mom to get help", a source close to Heather EXCLUSIVELY explained to HL before today's incident.
