The cause for the crash is also now under investigation. Authorities said the identities of the two soldiers will be released after their next of kin are notified.

Two soldiers were killed Friday night in a helicopter crash during routine training at Fort Campbell.

The crew was undergoing "routine training" at the time of the incident.

The crash is the latest in a series of similar incidents involving USA military aircraft that began on Tuesday.
