John Krasinski Got Trolled at Customs Over His Marriage to Emily Blunt

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski

"He said, 'Would I know her?' And I said, 'I don't know man, her name's Emily Blunt.'" Apparently, the agent was shocked by the news, and immediately dismissed Krasinski in frustration!

Krasinski said he used to visit Blunt in London while she was working on the film Mary Poppins Returns.

The film Krasinski eventually agreed to direct and star in with his wife, Emily Blunt, holds a 100 percent positive rating on the review aggregator after its showing last month at South by Southwest and premiering Monday in Los Angeles.

"Strike one!" Krasinski replied, suggesting the agent wasn't a fan of the American version of the British comedy.

Krasinski knew he was onboard after he read the screenplay from Bryan Woods and Scott Beck, but he soon realized that he wanted Blunt to make this movie with him.

"I was wearing a Nomar Garciaparra jersey", Krasinski told Fallon as he laid on a heavy Boston accent. "And I looked over to see who it was, and it was a taxi going like 20 miles an hour".

John Krasinski is about to be seen playing a superhero of a different kind, as a father struggling to keep his small family alive in the deservedly buzzed about horror A Quiet Place. "To let someone rip like that, and then they have the confidence to say, 'What do you think we should do differently on the next take?' You're like, 'Is there a next take?" "It was going great", he recalled of the travel experience, but then he met an unhappy customs agent.

"He goes, 'You??'" Krasinski recited, 'You?!' before angrily stamping his passport and telling him to leave. To be honest, when I signed "I love you" to her in the movie, it was because of her.
