Monster Hunter World New Quests and Character Redos Arrive Today

Monster Hunter World Adding Mega Man Palico Gear April 13

As mentioned above, an article from the Japanese publication Famitsu gave us a release date for the Monster Hunter World Deviljho update, with a launch on March 22.

In addition to the Mega Man voxel style Palico gear which will be available as a special Event Quest from April 13-27, Capcom is also rolling out the Wyvern Ignition Great Sword, which is the winning entry from community weapon design contest. Players will also be able to participate in "daily fun activities". In-game challenges and some additional gifts are on the way.

Every week is something new for Monster Hunter World.

The Spring Blossom Fest seasonal event will then commence on 5th April at 5pm PT (6th April, 12am GMT), with fun activities through which you'll be able to unlock materials to craft the Wyvern Ignition Great Sword, victor of the community Weapon Design Contest (pictured below). April will also see the Spring Blossom Fest taking place and the Mega Man Palico gear surfacing. The second quest will unlock the materials needed to craft the Wyvern Ignition Great Sword, the victor of a community weapon design contest.

The Monster Hunter series is known for the longevity of its games and a huge reason for this are the free updates and contents provided to players.

Long Sword: improvements to Foresight Slash input timing and hitbox detection. Capcom has now confirmed the monster will come to the game on March 22nd. There will also be some new features for players to access once Deviljho lands in the consoles, such as a one-time free ability to change character appearance, new side quests, new quality of life conveniences such as text size adjustments for the user-interface (UI) and various gameplay balance changes and graphics engine optimizations. Players are no longer able to stop others or hit them when they are carving. Details are a bit sparse, but it essentially boils down to the idea that Capcom will soon begin selling a special item that, when activated, will allow a player go through the character creation process a second time, even allowing them to change their gender if they wanted to.
