Nike, on Wednesday at a ceremony in London, England unveiled the kits Nigeria's Super Eagle will wear at this year's World Cup in Russian Federation.

In a YouTube video, the duo of Leicester City's Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi also showered praises on their new jerseys unveiled in London on Wednesday. In comes a plain but sharp white shirt with blue shorts and white socks.

What appears to be the away kit has the shirt in predominantly light green background with bold white V-shaped patterns drawn on it.

"A constant in Nigeria is an endearing love of football", NFF President Amaju Pinnick, told Nike's official website.

Inspired by "Naija" spirit, which according to Nike means "youthful exuberance, pride and fresh perspective on patriotism", the U.S. sporting goods manufacturer produced a kit and range of leisure wear for the African nation that has generated a storm of positive response from football fans around the world on social media.

"We started to see trends in attitude and energy connecting the athletes to music, fashion and more".

Gernot Rohr's men will wear the shirts for the first time on March 23 when they face Poland in a friendly in Warsaw.

In recent years we've had to splash the cash in order to own an England kit.
