Gaming Rumors: New Crash Bandicoot Game Coming in 2019?

Rumor: Activision plans for more Crash Bandicoot games, including N. Sane Trilogy on Switch

As such, Arguile hopes to fill in the gap as Crash Bandicoot comes to the Switch and PC with "another game in 2019".

Apparently, Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy sold well enough to push through with that plan, according to the licensing manager for licensed merchandising company GB eye, Max Arguile.

The remastered re-release of the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy a year ago proved to be a popular hit among gamers who missed the spinning marsupial.

It sure sounds like Activision has plans to release the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on Nintendo Switch this year, after the roaring success that the marsupial was met with on PlayStation 4.

Stay tuned for more! That being said, the hugely successful sales of the N.Sane Trilogy reminded fans why they fell in love with Crash all those years ago. The licensing manager also said a new Crash game is in the works, set for release in 2019, and that Activision has plans to release new Crash titles through 2022.

GB Eye made lots of merchandise for Crash Bandicoot past year including the likes of mugs, pins, and several more collectibles. The new game might even appear on more platforms than just the PS4.

Evidence on this happening has already surfaced online in the form of a video that shows Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy being played with Xbox's control mapping.

Previous year proved to be a worthwhile investment for Activision as far as Crash Bandicoot was concerned. According to a recent report, that wasn't the last we're going to see of Crash.

As always, take everything you've read with a grain of salt.

Despite all this, Vicarious Visions, the developer of the game, did a great job when developing the remake and the Game Boy Advance versions of the game.
