Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 leaked images reveal dual cameras and more

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 rear panel leaks

The Mi Mix 2 took the bezel-less frame to the next level which challenged industry leaders like iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Xiaomi is reported to launch a successor of its recently launched Mi Mix 2 smartphone, the Mi Mix 3, rear panel of which has been revealed in a new leaked image.

While we don't have information about the display on the Mi MIX 3, the rear camera setup looks exactly similar to what we see on the Apple iPhone X. Unlike the Mi MIX 2, the upcoming Mi MIX 3 might offers dual camera setup.

A report from GSMArena, shows a rather clear picture of the back panel.

The rear panel of the smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner positioned in the middle, which was the case with the Mi Mix 2.

The Xioami Mi Mix 3 might be the first in the Mi Mix series to feature dual cameras. Perhaps Xiaomi is trying to copy the design of the iPhone X in order to get the attention of consumers.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is slated to come in the second half of 2018, so it will be having all the latest hardware on par with rival brands and most likely to feature bezel-less screen having 18:9 display aspect ratio. According to Qualcomm, the new chipset will be 30 per cent faster than the outgoing Snapdragon 835 and will improve the camera performance, regardless of the number of lenses on a smartphone. Xiaomi has already confirmed to launch the flagship Mi 7 with Snapdragon 845 SoC. Nonetheless, the two images of Xiaomi's flagship device have a text asserting that both the images are of Xiaomi Mi Mix "Mi Mix Designed by Xiaomi". The device that was priced at Rs 37,999 will now sell at Rs 32,999.
