To be placed in the top 50 year after year is a huge achievement and it is tremendous to be one of only seven employers to have made the United Kingdom ranking four years in a row.

"We are continuously inspired and encouraged by the positive feedback we receive from our employees through Glassdoor", said David Rice, founder and CEO of New Home Star.

Ellie Mae (NYSE:ELLI), the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2018.

Glassdoor CEO Robert Hohman told CNBC, "This year's list represents a diverse group of employers hiring across the country, including top companies in tech, retail, healthcare, consumer goods, consulting and more".

In-N-Out is the only restaurant chain in the top 50 companies on Glassdoor's list.

"We know today's job seekers are more informed than ever about where they go to work, researching everything from company culture to career opportunities to pay philosophy and more".

Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:PCTY), a provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) software solutions, has been recognized as the #29 Best Place to Work in the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award.

"Our employees continue to be our greatest asset". In addition, employees are asked to describe the best reasons to work at their companies as well as any downsides.

In August jobs website Glassdoor announced the UK's best firms for interviews, based on feedback from applicants themselves.

Another remarked: "If you are looking for job satisfaction, reward and enjoyment, this is an ideal company to work for". The winners are determined using Glassdoor's proprietary algorithm and are based on reviews and ratings employees shared during the past year.
