Donald Trump endorses alleged serial child molester Roy Moore for USA senate

President Trump is fully endorsing Alabama Republican Senate nominee Roy Moore in one of the most important elections of our lifetime.

The Moore campaign put out a statement with additional details about the conversation. I look forward to fighting alongside the President to strengthen our military, secure our border, protect our gun rights, defend the sanctity of life, and confirm conservative judges to courts around this nation.

Last month, The Washington Post published a bombshell report on allegations based on interviews with more than 30 people.

Moore said on the social network that the 71-year-old president told him emphatically, "Go get 'em, Roy!" "We don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat", Trump said.

Is there anybody who is surprised that Trump, who has been accused by over a dozen women of sexual harassment, endorsed the degenerate judge? The president had side-stepped an endorsement of Moore in recent weeks, but unequivocally voiced his support of the Alabama Senate candidate under fire eight days before the election. "We are uncomfortable with the explanations that Roy Moore has given to date", White House legislative director Marc Short told ABC News.

Moore has denied claims he made sexual advances on several women between the ages of 14 and 18 while he was in his thirties. Beverly Young Nelson accused Moore of sexually assaulting her when she was 16 years old. Less than a week after that, Trump was tweeting about Doug Jones, Moore's opponent, implying that having Doug Jones in a Senate seat would be worse than a child molester.

"We need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama", Trump declared in an early morning tweet, leaving no question that he was supporting a Senate nominee that many other Republican leaders have repudiated and called upon to quit the race.

The contest is neck-and-neck, with 50 percent of likely Alabama voters supporting Jones and 47 percent backing Moore, according to a Washington Post-Schar School poll released over the weekend. But on Sunday, he said the people of Alabama should "make the call" on Moore.
