Lynch, of the Raiders, helped Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib make it to the locker room after he was ejected for fighting with Oakland receiver Michael Crabtree.

The fight began after Crabtree appeared to push Talib out of bounds, well after the whistle on a second-down play had blown.

Crabtree, who had his chain snatched from his neck by Talib during last year's season 24-6 loss to Denver to finish the regular season, kept blocking at the conclusion of the play.

Both Crabtree and Talib, unsurprisingly, were ejected for their actions.

After the ejections, Lynch escorted Talib past the Raiders' sideline as Crabtree stayed around his teammates.

There is no love lost between Aqib Talib and Michael Crabtree.

Raiders guard Gabe Jackson also was ejected for pushing an official during the skirmish.

On the third possession of the game, Crabtree and Talib got into more than a scuffle near the Broncos sideline at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Video from today's fight showed Talib grabbed Crabtree's chain again. Now both teams will have to finish it out without one of their best players. Before being aided off the field he motioned demonstratively in the direction of the Oakland bench and wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson.

Reminder: This is what happened when they played the last season.
