Apple partners w/ Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson for new 'movie' co-starring Siri

The Rock Is Releasing A Surprise Film

The voice assistant will also play a central role on Apple's new HomePod speaker, which launches in December.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson can do anything, including turn an ad into a "movie".

The extended advert begins with The Rock working out (of course it does), while simultaneously trimming a bonsai tree, before calling upon Siri to help him through his day. The actor also noted yesterday in his Facebook post that the movie will go live today, and was published six hours ago.

The idea of the commercial is that Dwayne Johnson has a insane timetable, made more hard by some added list of "life goals" and he seeks Siri's assistance to get all his work done.

The commercial was launched on Apple's YouTube channel early Monday and had already racked up almost 1 million views and in the top ten trending videos.

Siri finally shows up with a little of her signature sass at the end of the clip, when Johnson tells her she's "the best". "And I have the greatest co-star of all time - #SIRI".

The short, produced by Apple and Seven Bucks Productions, sees Johnson enlisting Siri's help in ways the average iPhone user may be missing out on. Johnson first teased the "commercial film" via Instagram, before announcing the official premiere in its entirety. Some may try to ask Siri about its plans to work with the Rock on a commercial, but that won't work, as Siri won't offer you the answers you were looking for.
