Wonder Woman sequel gets a title: 'Wonder Woman II'

It doesn't matter that the film's (highly-talented) director is a woman.

After impressing with her performance in Wonder Woman, actress Gal Gadot will be seen again this year in her superhero avatar in this movie.

According to The San Diego Union-Tribune, Wonder Woman has "taken over" the comic book convention, with fans of all ages spotted dressed like the character.

IGN reports that during the Warner Bros. panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, a sequel to Wonder Woman was officially confirmed. "She's Wonder Woman. She's got to come to America".

Warner Bros. has not announced a released date for the new "Wonder Woman". Although many gave the movie little or no chance at all, it became Warner Bros most critically successful film. The movie has earned over $385 million so far. She recently told Metro that director Patty Jenkins approached her about appearing in the movie but they couldn't make the scheduling work.

In the cutest footage captured at Comic-Con, a young fan was spotted meeting her icon, Gal Gadot. I made Wonder Woman.

"Wonder Woman's" surpassed expectations right out of the gate. I hope DC can continue this momentum and use this as a launching point to make some better movies, because they've got some great characters, they've just misused majority pretty horribly in recent films.

Gadot was at Comic-Con to help promote "Justice League", which will see Batman (Ben Affleck), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Mamoa) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) join Gadot on the big-screen.
