The woman maintains that she wouldn't have had sex with Usher if he had been forthcoming about his health.

According to TMZ, a woman going by Jane Doe in her lawsuit claims that she had sexual relations with the "U Got It Bad" singer in Atlanta on April 16.

While the woman hasn't been diagnosed with an STD, she's suing after apparent legal documents revealed that Usher paid another sex partner $1.1 million for giving her herpes.

The woman accused Usher of negligence, battery and emotional distress. Whether she gets that now is another story, but she's definitely trying to get some bread.

Obviously we don't know how many women are reaching out to Bloom, but the way she words that - coupled with how big the story has already been - isn't a great look for Usher.

So it's already been all over the media that singer Usher Raymond paid a hair stylist $1,000,000 of hush money, to keep her silent after the R&B star gave her herpes. It turns out that the woman in question, Maya Fox-Davis, was a bridesmaid in Usher's wedding to his first wife, Tameka Foster. But this time, Usher chose to use condoms.

As reported, Usher was reportedly exposed to herpes in 2009 or 2010. The performer later denied being a carrier of the non-lethal condition, despite "greenish discharge" from his penis, court documents say. The original lawsuit published by Radar Online alleged that the woman was diagnosed with herpes after sleeping with Usher, as the R & B legend thought it was just an "infection".

Do you think that Usher will contest the new lawsuit or settle out of court? She claimed that she felt exposed to herpes because of this.
