Bhojpuri Actress Anjali Srivastava Found Dead

Anjali Srivastava a Bhojpuri actor allegedly committed suicide

Initial investigation points to the fact that she had committed suicide.

A 29-year-old actor was found dead at her Juhu residence on Monday noon.

On June 8, Anjali posted her "selfies" on social media with a caption saying, "Give me one chance to live with him". The actress' body was found by the police on Monday and a day after, on Tuesday her mother claimed that Anjali couldn't commit suicide and hence, the police has been assigned the task to investigate the matter.

Anjali Shrivastava stayed in the Parimal Society in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Her landlord used a spare key to open the door to find her hanging.

A closed circuit television camera mounted near Anjali's flat by her next-door neighbour shows her entering her residence on Saturday afternoon.

Concerned about her safety, the family communicated to her landlord.

A police official said Anjali was facing problems with her career. However, in the latest case, no suicide note has been recovered giving rise to the possibility of murder. Police suspect the actress was facing personal and financial problems which may have forced her to take the extreme step. In the past, she has appeared in many films. The body, meanwhile, has been sent for autopsy.

Having worked in several Bhojpuri films, She last shot for the action-comedy film Kehu Ta Dil Mein Ba.

Couple of weeks ago, another model and actor Kritika Choudhary also died in her apartment. The actress was killed with a sharp object revealed the PM report.

Take a look at the similarities between Kritika and Anjali's case.
